Christine influenced us to eventually lower our price to a level that would attract an offer. It worked to get a negotiation started. She was savvy on what we should do. Her suggested counter-offer got us more money.

My close friend who lives in the Destin area recommended Todd and only had great things to say about him. When I spoke with Todd on the phone, his knowledge of the real estate market was great and he had realistic expectations on what we could actually receive for my condo I knew immediately he was the agent for me.
