Kick off 2012 with Sandestin’s New Year, New Home Tour

Sandestin Real Estate will open approximately 10 of its homes for sale on Friday afternoon, December 30^th from 1-4 p.m. for its inaugural New Year, New Home tour.   Get a start on 2012 by walking through homes throughout Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, plus register to win a 32-inch TV, a Kindle Fire, plus golf at two of the resort’s championship courses, Burnt Pine and Raven.  The more homes you visit, the more your chances of winning increase.  The tour is offered at no cost and is open to the public.

Refreshments and food, including wine, cheese, chili shooters, and more will be served at tour homes and Sandestin Real Estate offices in The Market Shops and The Grand Sandestin. Homes open to the public will include brand new single-family homes; cottages overlooking Choctawhatchee Bay; golf course homes; luxurious custom homes and much more.   

In addition to the chance to see some of the best real estate buys on the Emerald Coast, the tour will provide a taste of life on the 2400-acre resort.  Sandestin offers Gulf-front and bay-front white sand beaches; tennis; four golf courses; fitness center; biking; boating; dining and shopping, all within a short walk or a quick golf cart ride.  Once you arrive home in Sandestin, you can park your car and still take care of your day-to-day errands as well as enjoy special events, club activities and fine dining.
